1st step in baking is:

to make sure you’re oven is CLEAN.

Its been a decade or so since we’ve (my family) used our kitchen oven. When i opened it, it was full of grease stains and all those things you do not want to know of. Seriously. Good thing, someone invented 409 Deep Cleansing Daily Kitchen Cleaner!!! It’ll cut your grease/grime cleaning time in err, i dont really know. I cleaned our oven for the past whole hour. That’ll do. Right? :D Anypoo, you just twist the nozzle, spray galore to your target area, wait for about 10-15 minutes and wipe it with a lint-free rag or a paper towel or to your hair. Whichever suits you best ;)

I guess the 2nd step in baking is:
To know how to operate the oven. HAHAHA. yep, we have an old-school conventional kitchen oven.
the one which doesn’t really show how hot it is inside. the one where you make an educated guess and cross your fingers that the cake that you’ll be pulling out wont look like charcoal that arose on a pan. Great. Altho ive gained enough experience with it, (Ive been baking macaroons and cakes way back highschool. But that was a loooong time ago. So long, that i cant even remember what i was doing. ) I know i can handle it. I have to. Or else, all the ingredients are worthless. Sayang. I love blueberries pa naman. ;)
